Some districts (citys/towns) split their taxes more evenly Summer/Winter. Others (GR - about 30 mil) you pay 96% in the summer and 4% in the winter.

I guess what I'm saying is that calculator only gives you one of the two bills. I did mine and it only calculated/showed the summer bill and left out the winter. So districts that are more evenly spread out will be way off.
