Default Where to fruit pick in Michigan?

What are the seasons for fruit in Michigan and where are the best spots to find fruit? I'm especially interested in berries, cherries, & grapes but when are they in season?

Here is a place I personally know about. They have a restaurant and, I hear, great home made pies.
Crane Orchards, the best Michigan U-Pick fruit, our famous Corn Maze, and Haunted Corn Maze - great fruit and family fun!

Do you have a specific county or two you're looking at?

There are stellar orchards from Sparta, MI to Armada, MI and all points in between.

I love Crane's in Fennville, but your question is way too broad. I found a guide on line.

I am not endorsing it, but here it is:

U-Pick Michigan - Listings Where You Can Pick Your Own Fruit, Cut your own Christmas Tree or pick a pumpkin in a patch - Cities and counties all over Michigan for farms that offer you to pick your own or have upick apple orchards, upick apricots, upi

Spicer's Orchard in Fenton is nice (no pesticides) and has a nice area for kids:
Spicer Orchards - HOME

We go blueberry picking here every year:

My back yard. We had a bumper crop of strawberries this year, but the blackberries and raspberries never could figure out what to do. Normally they come around July 4th, but this year we had a few about 3 weeks ago, and looks like we may have a very few in the next week. Probably the warm days we had in March and the current spell of dry weather. Most of the other fruit looks like they will be small or no harvests. I've heard a lot of the commercial crops are or will be screwed up this year.

Most of the commercial crops were wiped out by the warm spell followed by frost. For the festivals they are having to import fruit from other states. There will be almost no fruit crops in Michigan this year. Berries are probably ok.

There are a few Sweet cherries in this area this year, but not very many. I picked up a couple quarts yesterday and they were pretty pricey at almost $3 a pound... very good quality though. I'm going to check another farmer tomorrow because he is usually cheaper than most, but I wasn't out his direction yesterday.

Strawberries are almost totally done already in this area. Maybe a couple more days of picking, but it is at the end of them. It was a decent year for Strawberries. Blueberries are being picked now and it is looking good for them. I am dreading this Fall when the Peaches, Apples, Pears, Apricots, etc... are usually being harvested; that is going to be dismal at best, non-existent at worst.

Every area I go to, I check Local Harvest / Farmers Markets / Family Farms / CSA / Organic Food and Where to Find Pick-Your-Own Fruit and Vegetable Farms / Orchards for Local, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Pumpkins, Along With Canning, Freezing & Preserving Instructions!

You can narrow it down to whatever area of our great state you happen to find yourself in

Thank you all for responding. When does blueberry season run till in Michigan and where to find wild blueberries in abundance in western Michigan? Also, how much do commercial growers charge relative to store prices? I plan to come up next week through rte. 31 towards Traverse City up to 75 and the northern peninsula.
