I came across this news clip of the waves in Southwest Michigan caused by Sandy. Really amazing. We love South Haven:

You should have on shore. seen the waves on Lake Superior We had attest 20 footers coming on shore!

I think a 25 footer was recorded over on the east side of Michigan rolling off of Huron, Amazing. When I lived in the UP I used to drive out to whitefish point to watch these storms roll in. Since I moved to the LP I go to lake Michigan to watch the storms. The lakes are so beautiful when they are stormy.
