You are probably right.
I like the part of how the Big 3 impacts my area, maybe somebody needs to let the business' up here know that, because they are under the impression that NOT selling to Detroit is a good thing.

Yes. I thank God every day for what Detroit has done for this area. And I always add: "Please Detroit, enough. Your generosity is overwhelming and humbling"

So do you have plans to open a business, run for Michigan legislature, or even clean a park in your neighborhood, or are you one of the countless minions with nothing to contribute to solving any problems? Oh wait, you moved somewhere else. Guess that's your answer.
It's time to move on zthatzmanz28.

Wow.. I am totally confused by the attacks you are making against ZthatZman. I have gone and read a few of his posts. And it seems that all he has been doing is pointing out what has gone wrong with Detroit and what we need to do to fix it.

Yeah, because I deleted the posts where he was attacking other forumers. Some of you need to go back and re-read the terms of service that you agreed to when you joined city-data. Personal attacks against other members results in an infraction (sometimes a suspension of posting abilities). Attacks against the moderator(s) results in either further suspensions or banning.
This has nothing to do with criticism of the state, the legislature, or the governor (as you can see by multiple threads outlining everything they have done wrong). But it's always the trolls who feel like they are being infringed upon when called out, as if they have some kind of entitlement to post here. Imagine sitting in a coffee house and calling someone at the table next to you "retarded" or a moron. How long would you be allowed to stay there? Hopefully that example is simple enough for everyone.
The majority of the Michigan posters, both positive and negative, are fine people. And we have been relatively troll-free for a couple of months now. I'd like to keep it that way.

I suppose with a growing unemployment rate heading towards 15% or 20% by 2010 some things may come to pass?
Ps...
SOme have never used the word retard, idiot or directed any personal attack words at a person..unlike calling some one a 15 year old?
I would think if any called a person out on their name they would be noted.
Isn't it time we put away childish insults and intimidations?
I promise I will NEVER again click on that complaint button and REPORT a post as being inappropriate.
Gotta go...5 more of my neighbors just got laid-off today...

I am not sure where your total dislike for Zthatzman comes from. I have just signed in to make posts, but I am usually happy reading what other people have to say and have come to appreciate what some people have to say. I have never NOT ONCE seen anything that ZthatZman has said that was a personal attack on anyone. He is unhappy with the way Detroit and the state is going, but has not attacked anyone.
Unlike some people who find joy in status and try to weed out opinions. These people frustrate me. People who have opinions like zman do have a right to express them.

Yes, by all means. Let's get back on topic. You assured me you were reformed, so I took your word for it.

troll: someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.
Hope that helps.
