Does anyone have any information on a company named " Love Industries" in the Eau Claire area?
I'm assuming they have long since closed, they were a manufacture of farm equipment for use with 40s Jeeps and Empire tractors. Any info at all appreciated! Thanks, Doug |

I read your posting asking about Love Industries. Yes, they were located in Eau Claire, Michigan. The Company was owned by JB Love and they did manufacture tractors and Jeeps back in the 40's. As a matter of fact one of our council members actually worked there.
I do not have a lot of information at this time, but I could do some digging for you. Is there something specific you are looking for? |

Thanks for the info so far!
I recently acquired a "Love" three point hitch that was made for use on a 40s-50s CJ2a Jeep. I'm sure there's not a lot of specific info out there on these as they appear to be very rare to almost nonexistent, but ANY little tidbit is appreciated. If the council Member has any company literature or even a letter head I would greatly appreciate a photo copy. Thanks, Doug Last edited by DougACook; 02-07-2007 at 09:06 AM. |
