Does the DNR Need a New Accountant?
Wow! Have you heard the news? The DNR, after claiming poverty and wanting to increase fees, i.e., new taxes, on things like hunting licenses, has suddenly and mysteriously tripled it's net worth. Instead of less than three million on the coffers, someone looked in the coffee can and found that they really had over ten million dollars. Opps! Well, I know it's just so difficult with new math and all.
What do you think? Who should be accountable? How can we find out the truth?
