Hi folks, One of my freinds is a mother of a 9 months girl and our friends told us that some organizations help low income families by providing free food for infants. Do you know any in Michigan –Ann Arbor? I want to help ,,, can you help me helping her ??? Thank you |

Oh there absolutely is! The program is called WIC. Log on to the michigan.gov website or just "google" WIC and you should find all of the info you need!

I don't know if there is a waiting or delay in getting onto WIC, but in the meantime she might check out some of the larger churches in her area. A lot of them have food banks or pantries and might be able to help.
