Detroit help. Parkland neighborhood?
Hello,
I grew up in this area 15 years ago, and found my home for VERY cheap. I live out of state now, and would love to buy this home and use it as part time place. I know it's not a "vacation" place to live.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the area in it's current state?
Things change a lot in 15 years. The area is Warren Rd. and Ann Arbor Trail. There is a neighborhood there often called "parkland".
I would love to talk with someone who lives there currently, or has any knowledge such as crime rates, and community feel. Thanks!
