Now is not the time to sell your homes.. The market is dead, you'll likely get about 30-40% less now than what you should be getting. On the flipside, you could probably find a house in the sticks cheap.

Just saying, all indications are, people should be sticking it out for the tough times ahead.

Hubbard Lake by Alpena if you like dogs. A friend lives up there and you can hear dogs barking all night long. You go out the door, dogs bark, you go to the mail box, dogs bark at you, you go for a walk down the road, dogs bark at you, open the window at night and hear the chorus! One starts out then stops to listen to the others chime in. What are they saying to one another anyway? Tell me, do barking dogs bother the owners? Do the owners wear earplugs and to hell with everyone else? My son has dogs and he says the barking is music to his ears! I would just love to have a 20-40 dog kennel right next to my house. NOT! I cannot think of anything that would do more to destroy the serenity of the great north woods than to have a 20-40 dog kennel there. I hope you do not find out where I live and move in next to me with your dogs. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, they are great companions, what I don't like are dumb people that own dogs.
