Default Trying to sell home.

I have a home in the Gaylord area. I have been trying to sell for a year now. it is 1700 Sf 3/2 with a 2 car unattached. It is on a nice acre lot with mature maples. I was told 5 years ago it should have sold for 139,000. now I have had it on the market for 129.000 and no lookers. I have even tried a 1500 bonus to buyer agent. Still no lookers. The office I once was going through is a satalite office is now closed down.

I have a new agent but she does not seem to be very interested, I called a couple of other offices and was quoated around the 99,000 to start.
I need all the $ I can get to buy a home in the new state I am living in.
What are all you people who are trying to get out of michigan doing?
You who are there how bad is it in the Gaylord area?

Some people ar ejust abandoning their homes and leaving them for the bank/taxes to take. Of course this ruins your credit and they may come after you for the balance. Others are renting their house out at a loss, but not as big a loss as selling. Some just sit nad sit with their homes on the market.

Auctions are becomming more and more common. You may not get what you want for the house, but you do get whatever the market is at that place and time, plus you have a certain sale on a given date. You can reserve the rigth to reject to bid if you want to.
