Maybe, it is just so unwelcoming when the two sides of the street are so far from each other.
The state hospital grounds are really doing well! Check this out: The Village at Grand Traverse Commons

I'm afraid my son is allergic to soy, so we don't frequent many "Asian" restaurants, although I love them. I know Gaylord has 2: Bamboo Palace, South of K-Mart, and China One, in a strip mall next to Wal-Mart.
Have you tried that Mongolian Bar-B Que place in TC near the mall? I've always loved those kind of places...
Hey, any good Mexican places up here (please don't say Red Mesa or that La Seniorita place)? We tried that place in Cadillac too, and it wasn't that great.

For Mexican I have heard great things about Aguave, the place that used to be Gordie Howes.
I have tried China One in Gaylord, pass. Maybe I will try Bamboo Palace
Yes, we love Mongolian BBQ, yummy.

Blue Bird, try Agave, it is really good. There is also a Mexican grocery store on S Airport road near Garfield, and they have a restaurant as well. I can't remember the name of it though.

Panda North, I think it's called, is out by chum's corners (pretty sure... been a while). I remember them having decent food.
I eat hong dong fouey at least a couple times a week and nothing has been able to top China King at 13/utica in Fraser. Yummy...

Panda North is at Logan's Landing. When it comes to sit down Chinese food, which is primarily what PN is, our family always preferred China Fair on S. Airport near Cherry Land mall.

Hey all, tried Thai Orchid in Petoskey yesterday....its a keeper! The pad thai was great as was the sesame chicken. Next time we will ask them to add more heat, the flavor was great though. We all enjoyed it, cant wait to try the other dishes!
