Question Moving boxes?

Hi.. I'm new to this thread.. mostly been on the North Carolina forum... since that's where we'll be moving this FALL! (Lived in MI all my life until now) I like to pack WAY ahead of time any and all of the things I can... that way I can go through and TOSS things in for the garage/moving sale!

Has anyone just moved here and has a bunch of nice moving boxes you don't know what to do with?
I'd be HAPPY to take them off your hands... or out of your garage... or basement.
Thanks!

Hmm... I can't imagine why you might want to go

I have no boxes even if I was still there. However, whenever you go to your local fast food joint, ask them. The boxes are usually conveniently sized.

Thanks so much. I have gone to Meijer before and gotten them there as well.. But I know that actual moving boxes can sometimes be more sturdy.. It's a long drive.

And yes,
kinda makes me wonder about the anger problems I've been noting on this forum.... I'm not sure I understand... not trying to offend anyone...

Try Costco. They usually have tons of nice sturdy produce boxes they're trying to get rid of.

I prefer the produce ones because the original cargo was very heavy... makes a great packing box.

Sorry you have to leave the state! Good luck in NC.

I know you want FREE boxes, but when i relocated out of MI last year, I would catch the sales at walmart on those rubbermaid bins. I packed everything in those bins and they all stacked and fit neatly in the moving truck. I know it can get pricey, but just a thought. Craigslist is probably your best bet though
