Specialbuddy is on a distinguished road
A Meijer store is not progress. Better for Michigan then another Wal-Mart but still not progress. Retail is only good if people have money to spend but if everyone is unemployed and pinching pennies then how is that going to help. I guess we could all work retail and buy crap we don't need. If anything, Northern Michigan needs Technical or factory jobs that pay well for the youth and 20-30 year olds. That's why I left. I can't progress my career by working at Meijer or any of the other joke jobs in Northern Michigan.

The snow is actually pretty cool once you are up here. They know how to clear it, and the mounds are often more than six feet high. It is clean and white and awesome.
