Default Can I Sell My Michigan Business In Another State?
I currently have a windshield repair franchise that I am trying to sell. It is a mobile operation.

I would like to begin to advertise it in Illinois.

That said, is it legal to sell my business across state lines? What forms do the future owner and I need to fill out to keep us out of trouble with the government?

Anyone happen to know?
