Hoarfrost. It is beautiful when the sun shines through it.
Yup. I saw the same thing in December, and it was awesome! It was a foggy, calm, and very cold night that lead to the beautiful scene in the morning.

Seeing how everybody here likes a good photo, you should check this WZZM story out about a local father/son photography team and their 365 project. They are both real nice guys and I'm glad to see them get some extra coverage. Good for them and good for my area as well.

PS. They do have a few of the books of the projects left for ordering. NO, I'm not associated with them in any way, heck, I'm not even going to order one of the books myself (I live here and frankly my own photos mean more to me than theirs do/would). Just thought some of you may appreciate it.

It's funny how we forget just how much beauty there is here after we get a nice whiff of Detroit.

I'm up at the house in Ocqueoc this weekend, and while driving back from the grocery store I stopped to take these pics with my cell phone camera. I really need to start remembering to take my Canon up with me.

Just a quick break from the beautiful nature shots, but does anyone else think the tomatoes and vine hanging down were done this way on purpose? Sorry, just saw this billboard the other day and started busted out laughing.

(seen in Grand Rapids)
