So do I!
Myfamily owned a rustic cottage, on an inland lake, in the late 1940's. Which they sold in 1950. We had a small row boat.
I haven't been on a boat in more than 60 years, until last Sunday.
I had the wonderful opportunity to ride in a pontoon boat all around Lake Fenton.
The smell of the lake, the minnows by the docks, the waves, the fantastic weather brought back so many great memories of my childhood!
Enough to keep me going for another 60 years
