sure....but you will have to deal with crowds and you will not have the amazing natural beauty surrounding you, also it is cheaper to travel to the UP....Tahquamenon Falls are the third largest waterfalls east of the Mississippi! Niagra first then Cumberland falls in Kentucky (which are pretty cool) but at least you can swim in the lower falls at tahquamenon!

My area would be the Ludington area. I see a few shots of Big Sable light and little Sable light.

Non Beach pictures.
I've been all over this state and all over this world, and i love Michigan. Love the changing seasons. Been to most of the places pictured here, but some of us don't live on the lakes or rivers. Some of the interior of the state is also beautiful. Here are some pics looking west from my back yard near Mason.
