Great picture! I seen one a year ago near where I live between Flint and Lansing. I never knew they were around these parts until then.

All were taken yesterday...spectacular day for a March 6th. Temperature was in the low 60's and actually got sunburned!

Yep, according to some on these forums, all these photos sure look like boring, flyover country because there is nothing to see.
Hope they keep thinking that, so they don't actually come here, fall in love with the area, then try to muck it up by moving here and trying to change it into either East or West coasts lifestyles.

The clear freshwater lakes still amaze me after living in Michigan for 14 years. I used to live close to Torch Lake and the color on a nice sunny day can be stunning. A bit chilly for swimming at times but incredibly beautiful.

Great pictures Wulf! I seen Torch Lake for the first time a few years ago and it was amazing! Couldnt believe the color!
