This is an intersting story. I can see some quesitons that you would need to clairfy to convince a jury. Some statements do not make sense without further detail.

Where did you get a survelliance tape? Was your home under survelliance? Do you have a survelliance camera in your upstairs hallway? What does the tape show?

You have four wintesses? You, your dad, your wife, and whom else?

What testimony did the second policeman give?

What testimony did the nasty neighbor and her son give?

Did the neighbor call the police? What did she report to them? Did you get the tape of the telephone call?

What was wrong with your truck that it would suddenly stall like that and then suddenly start again? Did it continute to sstall and restart only after waiting for a while? Did you get it repaired? Do you have a bill?

Why did you repeatedly drive around the same block 11 times instead of driving through different areas?

Why did the cop run into the bathroom after shooting you? Did he need to use the toilet?

Your ex best friend is 17 years old, and you are married? Did you marry as a teenager, or is your ex best friend just substnatially younger than you?

Why was your foot bleeding?

Did the police have a warrant? If not, what was the reason for entering your house? If so what was the warrant for?

If you entered a plea bargain at your arraignment, what is the basis for your assertion that the courts are not interested in justice, but instead want to justify shooting an innocent man?

Have you been in the court system before?

The boyfriends mom tried to pull out the mailbox to hit your truck? Is she East German?

She threatened you and your puppy, but not your wife?

I can probably give you 3-4 TPD names at at least ONE would be right...I might even get it right the first time...

Wish I had more rep points for ya...

These are the type of TPD that become mayor and council members! Hey, one might even become county commissioner one day...

The only TPD I remember being fired for discharging a weapon was the one that shot at the mayor's house there on Mortenview a few years back.

I frequently worked in Taylor. Once upon a time, Taylor was famous for one thing: Crack Ridge. However, before I left Michigan, Taylor had become desirable to visit and live.

Crack Ridge is doing well. The South west corner was heading back towards its original roots.

Actually Taylor-tucky was also famous for its Hunting Club, Drinks "Cocaine" Saloon, and weekly brawls at the Democratic Club.

I live in the south west corner. Ive lived in the same house for 16 years. Im 21 years old now. When i was a kid my neighborhood was a nice place to live. But over the past 5 years its went to pots. Most of my neighbors have left cuz its got so bad. I ve been hangin in here though. Not wanting to let crackheads and lowlifes run me out of MY home. But i guess now after this im ready to maybe budge now.

Its sad how bad things things are getting now days. Mostly cuz a lot of people live in a fake world from years of brainwashing by the media and they live in a false sense of security. Ppl dont realize that the only safety you really have is knowing your rights. And knowing how to defend yourself. Laws made to protect us and cops and security systems are all a false sense of security. All cops are now days are a big mob out to make the city money. The only heros now days are the hard working ppl that learn to live there lives free and pursue the dream of makeing this country worth living in.
