Is their such a place as Grass Lake Michigan?
I was in the military stationed in Germany. And I recall a friend of mine mentioning Grass Lake.

Yes Virginia, there is a Grass Lake...
It is located in the southern lower penninsula of Michigan, and is just East of Jackson Michigan. Probably small enough that you could write your friend and Put..."Somewhere in Grass Lake" 49240 ....and they would probably get it!

Yup, friend of mine lives in Michigan Center which is between Jackson and Grass Lake.
Pretty around there, quite rural.

Hillbillie there is a place called grass lake and its just northwest of me. Just the other side of Manchester. . You can do a google search for grass lake and it will give you the city directory. If you need help email me at thompson119@verizon.net. I have family that lives up that way and they can look in the phone book for you . Your friend may not still be there so you also may want to use the Michigan gen web archives for a search too. I live near Tecumseh and its not far from there. Maybe 20 miles tops.

I know a few people working in Ann Arbor who are looking for cheaper housing; they've mentioned Grass Lake as an option. Not a terrible commute, either.

We live prabably 30 min. from Grass Lake. It's kind of a booming community. Seems like all the people who don't want to live in Ann Arbor/Detroit area are moving in there. The schools are pretty good and many people like it.

Hello, Grass Lake is just south of Chelsea and south-east of Jackson -- hope this helps.
