I dont think its dangerous,as a matter of fact we are looking for a place to rent/or buy if price is right.We are moving back from the south.

Honestly, this is funny. I've never EVER heard of Lansing being considered dangerous. Maybe to someone who grew up in some tiny town where everyone knew each other and nothing bad ever happened but not by real world standards. Lansing is nowhere near dangerous.
