Grand Blanc is pretty small, so I'm guessing there's only a few neighborhoods period. Don't know much about the people there, aside from that my aunt lived there a few years ago and got real sick of the small town lifestyle.

Ottawa Hills near Fenton and Hill Roads is a very diverse neighborhood. Nice homes, some need updating, but maybe what you're looking for. I don't know if schools are a consideration, but the elementary there is Anderson and then West Middle School.

Hope that helps!

Default Thank you!

Thanks! That is very helpful.

I'm new to the area. Are these good schools? Do you know what schools are considered the best/worst in Grand Blanc?

What is your price range? Many subs in Grand Blanc are quite diverse.
Grand Blanc schools are good academically and pretty good with athletics. However they tend to be very cliquey. The district is fairly small, so you will not really see differences among the schools as they all feed into 1 HS.
And, Grand Blanc is not a tiny town as mentioned above. It is a large suburban community. Hospital, Walmart, Kohls, Sams, Meijer, Kroger, movie theater, IMAX theater on the way, etc... Definately not tiny
