Hi there!
This is a question for those living in Ferndale. My boyfriend and I are looking at houses in Ferndale, near downtown. I am hoping someone in Ferndale could give me some advice as to how much their utilities cost on a normal basis? I have no experience with this, and I'm just trying to map out how much we can afford, and utilities is a huge question mark right now. Thanks! |

I think it depends on what kind of home you are looking at. Apt? Condo? How many rooms? House? Two floors? All of these things can affect your utilities. Where are you coming from? Ferndale is really not too different than any other city in the Detroit Metro area as far as utilities. Any differences would be in the type of home.
