There is always the internet...
As a military retiree, I chose Texas, but still miss some of the foods from Michigan. Some of my favorites that keep me familiar with the UPS and Fedex drivers:
Kowality.com Kowalski Sausages, expensive shipping but if you buy a bunch, not so bad.
Better Made Snack Food Company, located in Detroit Michigan Better Maid chips. If you call the order in, they will custom build packages to get what you want.
Your Michigan Connection - Gift Baskets and More for Sanders Hot Fudge and more.
Now if I can just find a Polish Bakery online...

While I am very fond of morels, I actually prefer shaggy manes. I like to sautee them and freeze them in little globs, which I can then add to soups and stews. They have a wonderful nutty taste.

For paczki?
Not sure you will find a source. I don't think they would ship well.

OMG! Now I have another craving to worry about. Sigh...Paczkis......one of those rights of spring you can find only in the Mid-west. I would get a really strange look if I walked into my local Shipley's doughnuts next spring and tried to order a dozen. No problem getting jalapeno Kolaches though. Very strange city, Houston. I start a lot of sentences with "pardon me but my Mid-west is showing - what is a........"

Being a Michigan Transplant in Tx
That's one of cool things about living down here in Texas, you never have to do anything, you just tell them " I'm just fixin' to"....

I have to agree with this. I think it is bland and boring.
