Our landlords that we just started renting from a couple of months ago have lost the house we are living in to foreclosure. The house has already been auctioned!! We need to move super fast. We are wanting to move down to the Dowagiac area, hopefully before school starts as we have a 6 year old. If anyone has any ideas on how or where to find rental houses online that would be a huge help to me. I can't exactly drive around there and look cuz we live like 2 1/2 - 3 hours away up in northern michigan.

Try Showmetherent.com. There are a lot of postings by city and by county. Also, check craigslist for that area. You can also check the classifieds on Mlive.com. Good luck.

Dowagiac is actually Southwest Michigan. Not that that helps you.

You might try calling a realtor. They often have leases listed as well as properties.
