Do you have a Chamber of Commerce too? That is who we would deal with back home. I imagine you were in shock when this happened. I am so sorry that you had to endure that. Not only did he display poor professional behaviour he attacked you personally and that should be reported.

WOW! With the economy the way it is in this state, business(as well as his)could use all the patronage it can get! I understand that we are all human and sometimes we react to outside annoyances that have nothing to do with what we are feeling at that moment but to lash out like that is uncalled for. Sounds like he needs a lesson in public relations.

There has to be something else bothering him, maybe business is suffering to the point it's making him angry at the world. Most people have a reason behind them being mean.

Just because something else is bothering him that is no excuse to take it out on a customer. That's just bad business. Too many businesses are letting their customer service slide in pursuit of the all mighty dollar. The guy should just get used to it. I don't know many people who carry cash anymore. I use my debt card for everything and I wouldn't spend my money anywhere that treated me like that. I hope she follows through and files a complaint.

My question is, is there actually a minimum amount required of purchases to use a debit/credit card? Because if there is, there should be a sign posted saying so.

I've heard of a lot of people having problems with that guy.
He is such a moron, I live right across the street from there.

He sounds like a typical Pakistani from California. That's exactly how the store owners are out there.

He really needs to improve his people skills! When you deal with the public, you just can't act that way. Sorry this happened to you. It should not have happened.
