Portage House Market and Staging
Hello everyone, I'm just wondering what people think about home staging. Will it help a house in Michigan (Portage) sell quicker like they say on the home shows? Does anyone have any personal experience with this? I have found a rental company for staging, but would like a little more input before I decide to put the money down. Our house will be vacant otherwise. I've always liked looking at empty houses better but everyone else tells me they like to see them with the furniture still in them.
