Dearborn Schools
I apologize for this being such a late reply but I just found this thread.
I don't know what you are basing your upper/middle/lower class ratings on, but you have Snow School listed as being in the upper class. Not so, as you are grouping Stout and Edsel Ford in the middle class. Snow is a feeder school to Stout.

O.L. Smith
I believe O.L. Smith is still the only middle school in Dearborn where some of the class goes to Edsel Ford and others attend Dearborn High due to boundaries.

THis post in completely pointless, and it is laughable that Bryant is in the top. I have heard stories about that place. Knowing MANY people in Dearborn Schools, primarily Bryant, Edsel Ford, and DHS, I wouldn't say ANY of them are world class.

That speaks of the "dumbing down" of the educational system today vs 40 years ago. Edsel used to be one of the top in the nation, based on their English Humanities program.

Maybe the problem goes back even farther than you think Trinket, if a high school was able to be considered one of the best in the nation based on its English Humanties program.....
A recent article said that 50% of Dearborn Public Schools students qualify for free or reduced-price lunches. HALF! Check out the kinds of cars in the student parking lots of EVERY high school and tell me how this can be. The problem with that school district is that they're teaching ANYTHING other than math, science and english when 50% of students are getting a free or reduced-price lunch.

I pulled my kids from Dearborn schools because I was tired of paying Sylvan to plug the holes. Trust me. Snow elementary is not upper class by any means and I have to agree with Nearborn that they're teaching anything other than math, science or english.
Funny story. When I transferred my kids to a charter school three years ago, my youngest daughter runs up to me after school one day, all out of breath, and tells me "You have to talk to me teacher. She gave me the wrong spelling list. I don't know these words!!!!!". Imagine that, a list of spelling words you have to LEARN.
I will never forget the first spelling list my daughter got in 1st grade, at Snow. It actually had the words "A" and "I" on it. Talk about dummying down eduction and don't get me started on everyday mathematics. That's what sent us to Sylvan at $40/hr at the time. Every time I talked to the teacher because my daughter was not learning her math, I was told "We'll SPIRAL back to it and she'll get it next time". She got it when Sylvan taught it to her.
And science, my kids never saw a science fair project until they transferred to Summit. They never heard of the scientific method. Never did a science project. My kids do science fair every year now and at least a couple of projects that require designing an experiment and gathering data now and I LOVE Singapore math. Math that makes sense. Imagine that.
