Can't say that it comes as a big shock either. The idea has been kicked around for quite some time (I remember hearing about a similar plan back in the mid 80'd while living in Gaylord.) and at this point in time raising $160 million is going to be next to impossible. then another 9 months
after the audit to assure the funding is really there for State and Fed permits, will kill this before any ground is broke is my bet.
