Many activities. about 85 miles of roads. Shopping center, with banks, gas station, stores, restaurant. Husband works in Big Rapids and I often go to Grand Rapids. I don't hit my first stop light til Grand Rapids. 3 school systems to choose from.

[SIZE=3]Thanks a lot! $225,000 for a water front property with all these amenities sounds great to me! I’m just I little confused about the commute time. I searched the place, and Google maps said it's 45 min from Big Rapids. [/SIZE]
