Dress, behavior, respect, and common sense standards are IMO all in steep decline.
Someone goes into court--or boards an airliner, for that matter--wearing flip flops, baggy shorts, a sloppy shirt hanging out, with a 2 day Miami Vice growth on their face (this applies mostly to males), who in their right mind will take them seriously.

I immediately label them Assign to Social Skills 101 and am not surprised at what comes out of their mumblecanyons.

sam3111 is on a distinguished road
I was driving late Friday night at 3:30 in the morning, going the speed limit and etc. I saw a state highway patrol sitting on the road. I was like I am good I am doing the speed limit and at this time I thought I did everything right, but after passing the cop about a mile down the road I saw him pull out behind me. I got pulled over because I was following to close to the car infront of me (he said it was two car lengths). He gave me a ticket, but honestly I think he only did it because he wanted a reason to pull me over because it was 330 and I had four other people in my car, and it was a holiday weekend. What should I do?

I'd try to maintain about 3-4 seconds of space between you and the car in front of you. If you were only two car lengths behind the car in front of you at freeway speeds, I'd pay the ticket. 70mph is about 102 feet per second. Do you think you were too close?
