It he doesn't then I'm going to move back. It's my favorite place in the World!

If that price include the skiing as well (rental and slope access) then thats a good deal, otherwise thats waaaaaaay out my budget lol but Ill checkout the website, thanks!

I was born and raised in Denver, and we live here now. My husband is from Grand Rapids. We lived in Holland, Michigan. It is brown here in Denver no trees and no water. The mountains are pretty but we are so faraway from them in Denver.

Yeah, i'm becoming fond of Michigan with age.
Never thought i'd say that...
Spent lots of time in northwestern Michigan along the Manistee river in the woods. Got to know that big area of woods like the back of my hand as a kid with a dirt bike.
I like where i'm at now being in farm country, which is a giant patchwork of small farmers throughout the thumb area.
It's funny with people always commenting on Michigan with the joke "last one to leave, turn off the lights". That, for me, just means more room for me to enjoy Michigan and one less idiot to deal with.

I grew up in Commerce Twp. The Novi/Milford areas. I moved to SC when I married my husband 5 years ago, he's from this area and I look forward to moving back home. But we live about an hour from Greenville, and with schedules and the high gas prices we were having, we don't get to go enjoy Greenville too much. We live in the Golden Corner as they like to call it, good for retirees actually, but not for people in their 20s like us.

I took that phrase to mean the people who are leaving, or have already left and just continue to run down the state. You know the ones, they usually show up here with 2 dozen different names and just spew their hatred for the state. I didn't take it to mean those who left for economic reasons but still miss the place.
Hard to tell the meaning for sure, but I guess I gave the poster the benefit of the doubt.
