Help!

Possible career change and moving to Michigan from Illinois. Job will be in Mesick.
Looking for: Population greater than 4,000
Close to University with nursing program
Highly rated elementry schools
Lowest number of sex offenders as possible (159:1 YIKES!!)
Close to a trauma center
Must be near a Super Target
Drive time to work no longer than an hour
I really like Mount Pleasant, but it's an 1 1/2 hour travel time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have been trying to research any many of the towns in that area are lacking many of the things that we are looking for, or they are densily populated with registered sex offenders.

The ONLY town that might come close is Traverse City. That is the ONLY Target store in the area and I am not sure it is a Super Target. Why is a Super Target so important? You will be limited by the requirement for a Trauma Center as well. What Level Trauma center do you need?
