RANT! Starting this year with a bang
I forgot to get the mail yesterday. I should have left it in the box. My employer is cutting their contribution to my 401K which is their only contribution to my pension.
I shouldn't have opened my email either. A friend got notice, yesterday, that her company is cutting back to a 4 day work with and she's getting a 20% pay cut to go with it.
And happy new year to you too!!! AARRRRGGGHHH!!!
Can we get some GOOD news please?

Here's some good news: at the moment, you both still have jobs. And your friend has more spare time than she did before to look for something else.

....good news!!!OK...the Gov is term limited.....and the leftist in this state have made us # 1 in the US in income degradation and #1 in unemployment and #1 in move outs........so much more to add, but you get the tragic idea. Unbounded arrogance is a poor substitute for free market common sense.

It's just annoying to start the year this way. Isn't 09 supposed to be better than 08?
I know this, I'm sending out about 100 resumes in February. I am going to find something better this year and that's all there is to it.

Yikes! You scared me for a moment when you said the year started off with a bang.
My first thought was that you lived in Detroit or Flint, and maybe had some gunfire by your place.

Me, me, me!
I'm next!
I got my hours cut from 35 to 6 hours/week! At $7.42 an hour that doesn't come out to much! UGH!
Can't wait to get my degree!!!
