On the roof of Nichols Arcade seems ot be pretty popular. If you sleep in the arb. you need to hide or they will make you leave. When I was in school, I would occaisionally sleep wherever I happened to fall down. Never had any propblems. I usually felt safer when I slept in a bed though.
Sleeping in the streets can be dangerous, probably should stay ont he sidewalks or in the grass/snow as much as you can.
A large percentage of the students sleep very safely during lectures.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you homeless?

Well, some years ago when I was in college, there was a rather celebrated case of a student who had taken up residency in a church, without their knowledge. Student was there on scholarships, but didn't have money for room and board. If I remember correctly, the church was on the SW corner of State and Huron, light colored stone building. Think they have tightened up their security since then.

I think you should find a rental property rather than contemplate a slumber in a public zone. That's rather unorthodox.

Tis indeed a strange question. Could be that Mr. 180 is serious or he could be toying with people. Lack of info. in 180's question could indicate the later.
