Hello everyone
I'm coming to Canada by next week for studying ESL at Brock University - St.Catharines.
I've heard the wheather there is very very coooold more than my country

how can I protect my skin & my body to be healthy in this cold wheathers?? - my skin type is very sensitive

Also
who can help me to learn english so i can speak with people like a native speakers
beacuse I really really need to improve my english before Jan 2010 So I can start my bachelour degree at the University.

Niagara Falls is in New York State. You should try posting in that forum.
But, yes, you will be in far different weather than Saudi Arabia. It's very cold all across the north now. -10 degrees fahrenheit is not unlikely during this cold spell.

Your blood will probably be very thin. It might take a couple winters for it to thicken up (blood thickens to adjust to colder climates). But, a lot of people are very happy in cold climates.
