Default Mature Apple Trees Wanted to Start Orchard

Hi. I'd like some advice as to where to find mature apple trees (maybe up to 100) to start a small non-commercial orchard for a not-for-profit organization. We have a bit of land, so we're thinking about it as a project. We are in SE Michigan close to MIS in Jackson County. By mature, I mean young but established trees. What would be a good variety? I've heard HoneyCrisp is highly recommended. What sort of cost would it be for each tree? Thanks for your suggestions/advice.
