Default Plummetting home prices?

I've been reading on this forum about the drastic drop in home prices here in MI, but I haven't really seen it that much (since I live in Macomb county and everywhere you look a new subdivision is being built) So i ask you, where do you live and what is the best deal you've seen in your area? I want out of Macomb County and was hoping that your input will inspire me to start looking!

Macomb County is getting worse by the day, those new subs going up will be the last new ones for awhile. They can't even sell their inventory of them and builders over there are giving away free cars with a house.

Oakland County and all points north and south seem a bit worse off. You can pretty much buy anything you want in prime areas in Royal Oak, Berkley, Clawson for the $150,000-$175,000 range that were selling for $200,000-$275,000. Rochester is REALLY bad off, you can buy a 2700sq foot home there for under $200,000.
