Grew up in northwest metro detroit.
Went to college in Kalamazoo.
Worked there for a while after graduation.
Moved to East Grand Rapids 3 years ago.

Kalamazoo was a great place to live. I give it a hearty thumbs up whenever anyone asks.

East Grand Rapids is also a great place to live. I hope to stay here pretty much permanently as we are totally in love with our new hometown.

I will not be moving back to Metro Detroit. If I have to leave GR, we'd do just about anything to stay in West Michigan. It's the antithesis of Detroit is many many ways.
