Sterilizing these women , sounds like a good idea , but it is not. Even China , a Communist State doesn't do that. What is needed , is to reward these women for NOT having more kids, the reverse of what is now going on.
You need a marriage license , why not a baby license. Shelling out more and more kids , for welfare , and for Status ( from a male view ) with out oversight is the wrong way to go about it. Fitness should be a requirement for everyone , not just a select group. We do not need to discriminate.

I don't mean sterilize them against their will, I mean in order to be given the incomes of others for their support which is what the welfare handouts are all about, they must agree to sterilization.

We have an extremely rapidly growing population, doubling every few decades and for one we certainly don't need to pay people to lay around and breed.

I don't agree with a baby license because that would imply some people might not be qualified -- and as long as they can support their children, aren't living off the confiscated incomes of others, then I wouldn't see why a license should be required.

To succeed they must learn to stay in school, keep their kids in school, delay child bearing until they finished an education, married, found a job, and limit the number of children to what they can support. They didn't figure that out back home, and what changes here? Especially with our many welfare handouts that makes it profitable to live that lifestyle.

funymann - the only point people are trying to make is that cold weather and Michigan have nothing to do with crime.

From South Central LA to Oakland California, Miami, Orlando, New Orleans, Memphis... pervasive and multi-generational crime is pervasive across the country.

That's it, that's all. You can't deny it. You can't blame it on weather.
