Default Spring is coming!

I couldn't believe it when I looked at the thermometer last night at 10PM and it was still 61 degrees out! I just had to go outside for a while and take it in.

Sorry you snow lovers, but I'm loving this warm weather. And possible thunderstorms here tomorrow!!!

Spring can't get here soon enough. I was jealous and envious of those temps near 60F downstate this morning. Only got up to 41F or so near Traverse City and now a cold front came through and it's back down to 38F. Fortunately, the sun is supposed to come out this afternoon for a few hours and hopefully melt the rest of the ice on my driveway. I love winter more than anything but this past one was rough. Summer can't get here soon enough and by October, I'll be praying for snow again. Aaaah....the joy of the 4 seasons. I anxiously await EACH of them

I hear ya! I expected to hear the frogs croaking today, but I think we will be jolted back to reality next week. At least we will have extra daylight soon!

I'm going to take my chances and put the snowblower and sleds away. I might regret it, but it sure feels nice. (although I can't recall ever using my snowblower in March).

61 degrees at this time of year in MI is just wrong! You know you could still get some good snow storms through April.
