I am looking at a few condos in the Sterling Heights area. I looked at Sterling Square, Park Place Condos on 16 John R area. They seem really nice but it is hard to get input on the "community"

Is anyone familiar with these, or can you recommend a good condo complex?

I suggest you do what I did when looking for a place to live when I recently moved. If you like those particular condos, then go there some evening, or on a weekend, when you are likely to find some people outside and tell them you are thinking of moving into the complex and have a few questions. In my experience, people are more than happy to tell you what they think.
