Default Apartment Help- norton shores/grand haven area

We are looking for affordable apartments (less than 1000/mo), something short term while we get to know the area before we buy.
We need something with 3 bedrooms, w/d in the apartment, and the need to be in the mona shores or grand haven school district. Also needs to be clean and well kept, nothing run down or in a bad area of town.

we would prefer a place with an indoor pool, fitness center, playground or at least close to a park for the kids, and if we're lucky a fireplace for winter. anyone with any recommendations?
