Default Saginaw Soul
I'm just about to have a book published called GROOVESVILLE USA which is about Soul/R&B/Blues/Gospel/Funk music (but not mainstream Motown) from mid & south Michigan. This of course includes Saginaw. There are a couple of acts from the 60s that were signed up to the Tri City label (which could have operated out of 203 N Jefferson 48607 but that could be wrong). They are - Dee Dee & Diane and The Brigadiers. I would guess they are early to mid 1960s. Can anyone help with info on these groups please?

Some time ago I posted a message about a young Soul band from the 60s called the Brigadiers who were from the Saginaw area. Sadly, despite lots of folk reading the post, no one has been able to help me. If you go to www.groovesvilleusa.com you can now see a photo of the group and hopefully it might jog a few memories.

Hey, Keith. Just did some quick searching of my own, without any luck. Being from the Tri-Cities, I've never heard of them, and Google apparently hasn't, either.
