Yeah,
and I doubt the speeding-ticket-revenue issue has anything to do with this. Probably the plant they're using has exactly what a filmmaker wants, what ever that is. I suppose there are lots of spacious rooms not too crapped up with junky equipment, and possibly a closet or two filled with well-preserved rubber monster costumes.
