What a cool little town. We were there last summer and had a blast on the 22 mile long, paved....bike trail!
I just looked these numbers up online. Montague Library (231) 893-2675 Whitehall Library (231) 894-9531
And I might add, the Whitehall library is one of the coolest libraries I have seen. Kind of a nautical look to it. It is located right at the end of the southern end of the bike trail so we admired it as we turned back to head north.

Thanks for the info............am thinking of renting bike to ride while I'm there. We live in Ocala, FL in winter and am looking forward to MI in August. Have a wonderful summer !!!
