This is probably a little too late, but for anyone else who might find this helpful: If you're looking for a 1 bedroom - the Village Green Apartments have reasonable rates and are right next to a cooley bus stop. They also have special amenities/discounts for Cooley students. I rented there for a year and the management is very nice. I didn't particularly like it, but I'm not in law school. I have friends who go to Cooley, still live there and are happy with it.
