Why not? I don't smoke the stuff myself but millions do and they are going to continue to do it whether it's legal or not. I saw a documentery on cable about a California city that revitalized an abandoned slum section with smoke cafes, dispenseries, and pot related gift shops. Old buildings that were an eyesore are now maintained and generating more tax dollars.
