Just wait until they learn about the benefits that federal consent decrees require for California prisoners. They will ahve to rebuild the prisons and instal more lluxury items. What no Jaccuzzi tubs? Gasp! Cruel and unusual punishment!

Hey we will take anything, trash from canada, criinals from California, even governers from Canada, just as long as the oney is good. Did Canada ever pay us for taking Granholm?

But then why are you letting your own prisoners go? Taking IOU's from California is not really a smart idea.
