I was hoping someone could recommend a couple of good apartment complexes in driving distance to Pontiac, MI. I don't necessarily want anything fancy. Rather, I would prefer a reasonably priced place that is safe, clean and quite to sleep at night after a long days work. I don't mind living in the sorrounding regions as long as I can drive to work in a reasonable time frame. Your help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

I am sort in the same boat. I have an apartment in Clarkston. It's about 20-25 minute drive. Safe, clean neighborhood! I am just trying to figure what routes to take home after work to avoid the "bad spots".

Clarkston is a good choice for commuting to Pontiac and so is Rochester. Where is Pontiac are you going to be working. I grew up in that area, I can give you specifics. Another good place would be Waterford.
